US ends troop presence in Iraq formally
On Thursday officially the United states has declared an end of the mission it had taken up in Iraq. Though there has been violence in Iraq like a plague the whole Muslim power distrusts the power of US. In the airport the defense secretary Leon E Panetta had thanked about one million American people. The American people who had served Iraq and had shown a remarkable path for Iraq for the past nine years.
There would be a lot of challenges which Iraq will need to face after America military leaves. Iraq which is stated as a struggling democracy by America will be tested by various factors. The various issues include Terrorism,some of the economic and social issues and some of the policies of democracies. The support of US will always be there for Iraqi people as Iraq overcome their challenges and be a strong nation.
There was a war during last Friday which had killed about 4,487 lives mostly Americans while about 32,226 injured. There was a farewell ceremony which had lasted for about 45 minutes and was called as the “casing of colors”. The aim was to get rid of the weapons of Iraq which causes mass destruction and at last everything ended in presence of officers. Even though officially Thursday ceremony had marked the end of US military there are still two more bases of two more troops. The two troops in Iraq has about 4000 Americans and about hundred people and they may be attacked indirectly.
