Spain wins EURO
With a single goal in the entire by Torres, Spain won the finals of the Euro 2008 against Germany. There were pretty good chances for the Germans but defense from the Spaniards was good and hence they were not even able to score once. It was a pretty long journey for Spain and in the end they triumphed.
