San Miguel de Allende
Do you sometimes feel the urge to have a property somewhere at a tourist destination so you can escape the daily routine whenever possible? If you are also thinking the way I am then I can suggest this world class vacation destination-San Miguel de Allende. In fact I have bought properties at certain other tourist places too but somehow they were not suitable for one reason or the other and I finally sold them out. As far as San Miguel is concerned I feel that this great cultural heritage tourist destination is one of those places which do not loose their charm ever. After visiting their site which is pretty detailed I have made up my mind to buy a flat/house there. I have been able to earmark the possible and suitable regions and the laws and instructions are all listed at the site. In fact thanks to the site for listing the detailed precautions one must take before going in for any deal. The low crime rate is one reason and the suitable climate all year round is another for choosing this city as my home away from home. I am thinking of settling there at some later time but even as a vacation destination, this place is heavenly. The locals are friendly, dearth of bars and restaurants and those cool pathways for relaxed walks through the streets lined by the colored houses and big and majestic mansions; what more can you ask for. It is definitely my first choice for even taking my family for a vacation.
