green in red capsicum
Today as i cut opened the red capsicum to prepare vegetable briyani, i saw a green little capsicum inside of it. This makes me wonder why there are different shades of capsicum – green, red and yellow? though green are the most used one which you usually find in pizzas and other continental foods.
