The crude oil continues to haunt every country whether developed or under developed or developing. The crude prices touched the historic high of 139 dollars per barrel and this is a whopping 150% more than what it was nearly a year ago. At this high price, the oil producing countries are reluctant to increase the supplies, and they are citing speculation as the reason for the hike.
