Yoga is a form of physical exercising that is practiced in Asian countries especially in India and in parts of China and Nepal. This form of exercise does not involve anything like weight lifting. It focusses on moving each part of the body and has interesting elements like Sarvangasana, Trikonasana, Padmasana , Matyasana etc. These asanas active the parts of the body and through that you will be able to maintain your body from bloating, and also ensure normal functioning of all parts.

Water is one of the most vital things for our survival and we have to in take good amount of water daily. This will help to maintain good good health. Water will aid in the digestion process and will regularize the overall metabolic cycle of the body. It can also be taken in the form of juices and other fluids. Nothing can beat a tall glass of water after getting back home from the hot sun!
