Are you annoying?
One big problem in using social media is the annoyance factor. For instance in Twitter i will not follow a person who tweets on non stop and keeps spamming my page. Follow cost is a nice tool which uses the Twitter API and figures out how annoying a person is. Nice one to use before following a person.
